David Foster received his undergraduate degree in photojournalism from Kent State University in 2009, and then attended the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies in Portland, Maine. While in college, he was named Ohio News Photographers Association Student Photographer of the Year, in both 2006 and 2007. David has interned at the Columbus Dispatch (Columbus, OH) and the Akron Beacon Journal (Akron, OH). He has also attended the Eddie Adams Workshop (2008) and the Picture Kentucky Workshop (2010). Currently, David is a photography instructor at Kent State University with a focus on Advanced Photoshop Editing, Archive Management, and Multimedia Production.
